Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and under the regulations, you can cancel the order anytime from the moment you place your order up to 7 working days from the day after it has been received. However there are some goods that cannot be returned if you simply change your mind and these include perishable items such as food.
We are unable to use/resell any returned food products due to the risk of tampering and therefore can only accept the return of goods which have been damaged in transit.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, and we take care to ensure the products are provided to you in good condition. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
In the case of perishable items, if the products received are damaged and you notify us within seven days of delivery, we will ask for them to be returned, and we will replace your damaged items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
